At RHA, our diverse team of professional team leaders and facilitators support the system and process improvements you need to allow your team to surpass expectations. Whatever your role, you can build reputation, reinforce fiscal responsibility and increase political capital.

The whole team benefits from an outside team leader or facilitator. We are neutral in the development process and have no stake other than the overall success of your team. This places all members on an equal footing, provides an outside party to ask tough questions without them attaching them to a “side”, and allows you to be a contributing participant in the process instead of attempting to both manage the process, while also providing your input and opinions. Using internal staff to manage the process still injects perceived power imbalance onto the managing entity, reducing openness and diversity of perspective. When a leader is also a contributor, teams tend to follow the lead instead of opening up deeper discussion. Energetic discussion often leads to better and more innovative solutions.
